- What documents do I need to apply?
- You will need a government-issued ID, business registration documents, bank statements, financial statements, tax documents, proof of business address, and any incorporation papers. If you have existing loans or assets to document, include those too.
- Can I upload documents after submitting my application?
- Yes. After you apply, you can log into your borrower portal at any time to upload additional documents or replace ones you already submitted.
- What happens if one of my documents is rejected?
- If a document is unclear, expired, or incomplete, your underwriter will mark it as rejected and leave a note explaining why. You can then upload a corrected version directly in your portal.
- How will I know if more documents are needed?
- Your underwriter will update your file status and leave a request in your borrower portal. You will also see a notification when you log in.
- Who reviews my documents?
- A real human underwriter at Coral Capital reviews every application and document. No automated-only decisions.
- Is my information secure?
- Yes. We use bank-grade encryption for uploads and storage. Your documents are only visible to your assigned underwriter and authorized admin staff.
Document Upload Guidance
Please upload clear, complete, and readable files. Blurry, expired, incomplete, or incorrect documents may be rejected and will need to be resubmitted, which can delay your application.
- Make sure scans and photos are in focus and all edges are visible.
- Check expiration dates on IDs and registrations.
- Upload complete statement pages — do not crop out balances or dates.
Borrower Portal
After you apply, log into your borrower portal to:
- Upload and manage your documents
- Check document status and approval notes
- Respond to underwriter requests
- Track your overall application progress
